Welcome back Sunshine and Spring ☀️🌸I knew you would return. It seems this winter was a bit rough on us all. The dark, cold days of the past season always seem to overstay their welcome, but the Sunshine always returns as promised by Mother 🌎. Retrospect allows us to see the futility of despair because change is inevitable. My mom gave me some wise words a couple months ago when I was lost in sadness and unmotivation, feeling stuck and powerless. She said “Amanda, remember, we are kind of like the earth and we have seasons too. In the winter time things die away and prepare for new growth. We become reclusive and go inside and re-examine what is really important. Don’t fight it too much, it’s just a season.” That advice encouraged me to allow my winter to come and go and recognize that, like all seasons, this too shall pass. Happy Spring
